Centre for the Development of Autism Practice: courses

The Centre for the Development of Autism Practice arranges seminars and represents several speakers in the field such as Jacqui Jackson, the lone mother of seven children, four of whom have autism spectrum disorders, and Luke Jackson, aged 16, who has Asperger Syndrome. Luke won the 2003 TES and National Association for SEN Children’s Book Award with Freaks, Geeks and Asperger Syndrome and both were featured in a BBC2 documentary. 

They will be speaking at seminars throughout the UK in 2007, including Bristol, Cambridge, Newcastle, York and Manchester. Other speakers include Wendy Lawson, Professor Tony Attwood and John Clements.
