 | | People and Planet, the biggest student network in the UK, works in sixth forms and universities. In partnership with Oxfam, the network offers free, interactive workshops to sixth forms which engage students in active global citizenship and cover many of the Government’s post-16 citizenship objectives.
Workshops run in schools across the country cover climate change, world trade and HIV/AIDS (World Aids Day is on December 1) and encourage students to form their own action groups to raise awareness of these issues. Curriculum links range from citizenship and geography to RE and economics.
All resources and support are completely free for schools.
