European Award for Languages - ongoing

Entries are invited by January 31, 2008 for this annual award, which recognises creative ways of improving the quality of language teaching, motivating students and exploiting available resources. The scheme is supported by the European Commission and co-ordinated in the UK by The National Centre for Languages (CILT).

Winners receive books, vouchers or teaching materials and a certificate signed by a government minister and the European Commissioner for Education and Culture. One winning project receives the Mary Glasgow Language Trust’s annual award of £2,000.
