The sponsors of Strood Academy are seeking a visionary principal to design an effective and dynamic learning community with specialisms in Maths and Business & Enterprise.
This is an incredible opportunity for you to deliver your vision for a new academy, which will open in September 2009. You will be expected to build a team of excellent teaching staff, design an outstanding curriculum and oversee the development of a new academy building.
You will be an exceptional headteacher with a proven track record in school improvement and with first-class team-building, communication and change management skills.
