"It used to be quite good in here!"
To start with, I was a baby but I soon grew out of it and toddled into my first ever school. No-one had told me about school, what it entailed, or that I would be going there for a long time! I didn't like it one bit. I resisted my parent's encouragement to 'stick in at school' so that I could get a 'good job'! Becoming a teacher was my mother's ideal choice of profession for her children, largely because she didn't have the opportunity to become one herself. Following years of 'working in the music industry' (struggling in self employed obscurity) I fell into teaching quite unintentionally, which is where I am still, like a monkey with its greedy fist stuck in a nut trap. Currently digging an escape tunnel, and hoping that no-one notices the growing piles of earth that are accumulating under my messy HoD's piles of unfiled paperwork! Musician and technical type person, good sense of humour and the most handsome individual you will ever meet... in my humble opinion. :-)
