I have been teaching English for 4 years in an 11-18 comp in West Wales. I was promoted in my NQT year to KS3 Coordinator and have just been appointed Second in Department. My greatest asset is my creativity and understanding of technology and its use in the classroom. I have a particular interest in enhancing literacy skills across all subjects.
