I am now in my 7th year of teaching in Sperrin Integrated College, Magherafelt, Northern Ireland. I teach Technology and Design and a few periods of science as well. I am Head Of Year 10 and have just completed my 3rd module in my masters in Collaborative Leadership. I studied edexcel product design with mechanisms as my specialise topic for A-Level and had my As project showcased as excellent work at the first edexcel showcase event. I went on to university in St. Mary's College Belfast were I completed a BEd in Technology and Design. I graduated top of my year and was awarded the Institute of Engineering and Technology Award for Technology and Design. I am really enjoying my career and have aspirations to move further in the pastoral field. I think sharing resources is an excellent way to save time and also promote excellent teaching and learning.
