I am an DHT in a rural Devon school having previously been an AHT in an inner London Comprehensive School. My teaching specialism is Science, I am a Chemistry specialist but have taught all sciences with AS/A2 Chemistry & AS Biology. I am currently teaching PSHCE. My husband is a SEN/Art teacher and has taught practically every secondary subject in one capacity or another and I have included some of his resources as he is not on TES. As DHT my responsibility is fr learning pathways and whole school development. As an AHT I had whole school responsibility for Data, AFL, Student Voice, Assessment, SEF, PMR and timetabling to name a few and have uploaded those resources too.
