The British Nutrition Foundation is putting together a free 12-page document for teachers about "Smart Foods" available later this term. See www.nutrition.org.uk (click on Teacher Centre). The BNF is also hosting two conferences on smart foods. The first, mainly for A-level food technology teachers, is on Saturday October 13 in London; the second is next June in Liverpool.
