Sticking in

Article | Published in TESS on 18 April, 2003

(Photograph) - Sticking in: fifth and sixth-year students in Renfrewshire schools this week began their preparation for next month's exams by joining an Easter revision course at Reid Kerr College in Paisley. More than 300 students are taking part over two weeks, going over past papers, raising questions with teachers and lecturers, and psyching themselves up for their big academic challenge. John Doyle, Reid Kerr's director of curriculum, said: "It makes a difference."
