Thanks! I believe it can be of great use. It seems to me that you'll have high chances to be chosen for the post if you have your personal qualities satisfy the demands. You know, you should try to have an objective look and yourself and see what skills and qualities you need to develop. Remember everything is developed. There are a lot of books in Practical Psychology where you can find different exercises. As for me I often use this book search engine http://pdf.rapid4me.com . I always find books their that are worth reading. Besides, thanks a lot for guidelines.
