Panel's research plan
A 10,000-strong panel of learners has been set up to inform research and consultation across further education. The panel will enable the Learning and Skills Council (LSC) and a wide range of other organisations in the sector to obtain fast and effective access to robust and representative samples of people in learning. The contract for creating and managing the panel was awarded to Opinionpanel Research, which runs the national higher education student panel.
