Ormiston Academies Trust (OAT) aims to create a network of inspirational and inclusive schools and academies who share the same values. The network will provide transformational learning and the highest levels of achievement for students and the communities in which they live.
OAT is a charity and incorporated company which develops and implements Ormiston Trust’s education vision and values in Ormiston academies. OAT and its subsidiary, Ormiston Education, manage a larger network of over 50 consultants who provide school improvement expertise.
Ormiston does not cut corners or pursue easy wins. We build on the strengths of the schools and staff we work with, and put in place comprehen¬sive strategic planning, based on a clear vision.
Above all, working as a team, we apply national best practice in school improvement, custom¬ised to the situation of each individual school or academy while keeping true to the Ormiston vision and proven recipe for success.
