1:1 Teaching Assistant

Hours: 27.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per annum

St Mary's is a Catholic Primary School serving the historic market town of Axminster and surrounding parishes. We are looking to appoint a one to one Teaching Assistant for a child with Special Needs. This post would be for 5.5 hours per day.

You should have:

• An interest in working with children with Special Needs
• An ability to build a good working relationship with a child with Special Needs including a firm but fair approach
• An ability to work as part of a team
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work
• A good sense of humour
• A willingness to uphold the Catholic ethos of our school.
