Ideally required for a January start, an enthusiastic and innovative Maths teacher to join Therfield's friendly and forward-looking Maths Faculty.
The successful applicant will be expected to teach Maths to GCSE and ideally should be able to teach a range of modules at A level. The Maths Department has a suite of 8 rooms with interactive whiteboards and is very well-resourced. You would join a friendly subject team of 8 staff.
Therfield is a mixed 11-18 Community School where "teachers have high expectations of students, attainment is significantly above the national average, students enjoy their learning and are proud of their school." About Therfield School
Therfield School is a mixed secondary with sixth form based in Leatherhead, Surrey. The school is a non-selective, non-denominational state school with 1,178 students aged 11-18, approximately 236 of whom attend the sixth form.
The school has a partnership with the Leatherhead Responsible Business Network, which provides a range of activities throughout the year to help prepare pupils for the working world. These have included careers fairs and mentoring schemes.

Therfield School’s motto is “The best for all – excellence, leadership, opportunity”.
