We wish to appoint an inspirational Senior Leader to the position of Academy Head - 14 - 16 Apprenticeship Academy at the Leeds City College 14-16 Apprenticeship Academy.
We are looking for an innovative, creative and forward-thinking person to drive the Academy towards securing life-changing opportunities for 14-16 year olds. Currently the Academy has 50 students across Year 10 and Year 11 and attracts students who are looking for an exciting and challenging alternative to school provision. With a strong focus on employability and vocational pathways, we want to develop the curriculum further to enrich our student s' experience whilst maintaining high standards of academic achievement.
You will be able to build confidence in students, have experience of leading staff towards excellence and be able to respond intuitively to change and external market forces. This position would suit a current Senior Leader or an aspiring Middle Leader who has proven ability of leading KS4 students to achieve successful outcomes.
