Apprentice Faculty Administrator (Design and Technology, Learning and Development, Human and Professional Studies and Creative and Service Industries)

(Fixed term contract 18 months)

We are looking for 4 keen enthusiastic candidates to join our team of Faculty Administrators.  You will be working within the main Curriculum area during term time and have an opportunity to work in other support areas of the College, such as HR, Finance, Business & Marketing Unit and Admissions during College holidays.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual who is willing to learn new skills and has an interest in office work.  You will work as part of a team and receive full training for the role with support from your colleagues at any time.

You will be responsible for undertaking a range of general administration and clerical duties, which includes photocopying, processing mail, maintaining filing systems, dealing with queries and answering the telephone.

You must be confident speaking on the telephone, be happy to meet and greet a variety of people and have the ability to use a computer.  You will be required to adhere to all data protection and confidentiality procedures to the work you are carrying out and will be trained in all health & safety and safeguarding procedures applicable to the role.

The position will allow you to gain lots of practical skills, experience, develop your career and gain your apprenticeship qualification.
