Area Manager - Integrated Services for Learning and County Lead for Behaviour

Based at Mundells, Welwyn Garden City

This is a great opportunity to join our senior management team and play a pivotal role in delivering and developing our services for children and young people with special educational and additional needs and their families.

We need an experienced manager with ideas, energy and commitment to bring to this role within Integrated Services for Learning. You will have responsibility for managing one of our five large area multi-professional teams and ensuring that consistently high quality services are delivered. The role also carries the county-wide lead responsibility for behaviour and so you will be someone who also knows how to lead and develop effective strategies.
