Sandringham is a very popular and over-subscribed school with an excellent reputation for high standards. Over the past years we have been graded Outstanding by Ofsted at every visit to the school. This includes a full school inspection in December 2008, two subject inspections in 2006 and 2011 and an inspection of our Initial Teacher Training provision in December 2012.

Each year our examination results demonstrate high performance at all levels. At GCSE, 86% of students achieving 5 A-C (English and Maths), 94% A-C in maths, 90% A* - C in English and 99% A* - C overall. At A Level 66% of all grades were A*, A or B with an average points score per entry of 235. Our value added is very high placing the school in the top percentile rankings of all schools nationally. Saying this, there is still plenty of room for improvement and we are working hard to continue to raise standards wherever possible.
