Following the promotion of senior leaders, there is now a vacancy for an Assistant Head Teacher as part of a newly formed energetic and forward thinking senior leadership team: There is considerable flexibility within this arrangement with potential for a Learning (curriculum and timetabling role), a Teaching (pedagogy and CPD role) or even an exchange of roles with the current Deputy Head Teacher who carries an Achievement role, contingent on the skills and experience of suitable candidates. The priority for the school is to appoint an Assistant Head Teacher with exceptional strategic leadership and interpersonal skills.
