Non-classed based role working across three sites

Leadership spine L3-7 (starting point dependent on experience and qualifications). Induction period offered through negotiation and availability.

We have excellent links with partner organisations and a dedicated staff team who work for the benefit of pupils with identified SEN and those in vulnerable situations.

This will be an exciting time to join the school and play a strategic role in managing and developing inclusion.

The successful candidate will:

• Lead and manage all aspects of inclusion
• Act as SENCO
• Manage the inclusion team
• Be responsible for tracking and monitoring the progress of SEN and vulnerable groups
