Assistant Headteachers 

Boxgrove and Kidbrooke Park are partner schools in a soft federation and work closely together. This is an opportunity to work as part of our visionary leadership team.

The children, staff and Governors are looking for:

• an inspirational teacher with an excellent understanding of how children learn
• a team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to identify and lead change in a positive way
• an innovative leader who can set up whole school data management systems and line manage a large team

The successful candidate will support the Executive Headteacher and lead staff in driving forward improvements and maintaining excellent outcomes for our pupils.

Both schools are at an exciting turning point with a new leadership team and have a strong focus on teaching and learning which are helping to rapidly raise standards.
