We are seeking an exceptional candidate to play a key role in moving the school to outstanding and beyond. The main focus of the role will be on ensuring high levels of behaviour and safety in the school, as well as inclusion and safeguarding.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Vision and drive, including for your own professional development
  • A proven track record, including in the classroom and in a leadership role
  • A very high level of interpersonal skills
