ASSISTANT HEAD TEACHER (Inclusion)
Some class based work but essentially a strong lead on behaviour, pastoral support, overseeing inclusion.
- Do you have high expectations and are passionate about making a difference to young children's lives?
- Do you have the ability to inspire colleagues?
- Do you have the ability to form positive relationships with staff, children, parents and other stakeholders?
- Are you a willing team player (with a sense of humour) who can manage time well and likes to get things done?
- Is your organisational practice exemplary?
- Do you have meticulous record keeping and the ability to stay calm whilst also being assertive?
- Have you experience of rigorous tracking and monitoring?
- Have you got experience of rapidly raising standards in challenging inner city schools?
- Are you an inspirational teacher able to lead by example and able to support others to improve learning.?
- Do you relish challenge and use your initiative to find creative solutions?
