Leadership Scale L7-L11 Consideration will be given to experience

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, highly motivated and dynamic candidate to join our Senior Leadership Team as an Assistant Headteacher in our expanding school.

You will be committed to further raising the attainment and achievement of all our pupils and able to demonstrate an active interest in and understanding of current education thinking.

The successful candidate will:

• Be an excellent classroom practitioner;
• Be passionate about learning and possess a growth mindset;
• Believe in the ability of every child and be prepared to move heaven and earth for each to achieve;
• Be a proven, innovative leader with successful experience of leading, motivating and developing staff;
• Have the skills to monitor, evaluate and improve teaching and learning across a three-form entry school.
