The Governors of this oversubscribed 11-19 converter Academy wish to appoint an Assistant Headteacher accountable for the development, implementation and monitoring of the strategic structures to improve the focus, across all key stages within the College, on raising achievement.

Norbury Manor Business and Enterprise College for Girls (NMBEC) is a popular, highly successful, oversubscribed, multi-cultural college; graded 'Good' by OFSTED in June 2013.

We put equality, safeguarding and inclusion at the heart of our ethos and we are looking for an inspiring leader who can support the College in its drive to Outstanding.

We welcome visits to the College in advance of applications being made.
