Hatch End High School is a high performing dual specialist school in Harrow with Arts College status and a second specialism in Applied Learning. We converted to Academy Status in August 2011.
We are looking for an exceptional leader who will play a key role in producing accurate, robust and powerful data in relation to student attainment and progress.
You will work with senior and middle leaders to track student progress successfully and plan effective interventions to ensure that all our young people achieve their academic potential.
You will have excellent ICT and data analytical skills, together with a thorough knowledge and understanding of the current educational agenda, with regards to student achievement, as well as familiarity with key publications such as School Census, Forvus, RAISE online, FFT and the DfE Performance Tables.
