Dubai English Speaking School is a heavily oversubscribed English National Curriculum primary school, established in 1963. SATs results at KS1 and KS2 are excellent. There are 870 children on roll, the majority of whom are British. We are the sister school of Dubai English Speaking College which provides a secondary education for DESS children. Applications are invited for the positions below for September 2014:

Assistant Headteacher - we are particularly keen to receive applications from colleagues who are advocates of a creative curriculum and can lead pedagogically on the delivery of such a curriculum.  Please evidence your experience in these areas on your application form and/or your accompanying letter.

Dubai English Speaking School (DESS) is very proud to be the oldest British school in the United Arab Emirates, established in 1963 by the British Embassy and has over 1,000 students.  We enjoy an excellent reputation and are one of the few not-for-profit British curriculum schools in the region with a long and proud history in Dubai.

Life in Dubai
