Assistant Headteacher with Responsibility for Assessment and Curriculum

The Oakbridge Federation of Forster Park and Rangefield Primary Schools, are looking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher who will be working for the federation but based at Rangefield School. Rangefield was judged as 'Outstanding' by Ofsted (July 2013).This is an exciting opportunity to work within a federation and be instrumental in the next stage of our development.

The successful candidate will:

• Be able to influence and shape the direction of an ambitious federation with the aim of raising achievement for pupils
• Be an outstanding classroom practitioner and have the skills to develop the practice of others
• Have experience and working knowledge of assessment tracking systems and how data can be used to drive improvement
• Have the experience, vision, confidence and skills to lead, enthuse and inspire all stakeholders in a time of considerable change
• Have a commitment to an inclusive education
