Applications are invited from dynamic and enthusiastic individuals for the post of Assistant Learning Manager of Science. The Department offers GCSE Science and BTEC Level 2 at KS4. At KS5, students are able to study A-level Biology and Chemistry and we also offer BTEC Level 3 Medical Science. Ofsted described Hillcrest as 'good' with outstanding behaviour and safety (September 2013).

Hillcrest School and Sixth Form Centre is a non-selective 11 – 18 girls’ school with approximately 650 students.  Girls are admitted in Years 7-11 (ages 11-16) and both boys and girls are admitted to our mixed Sixth Form Centre. The school is a member of The Oaks Collegiate, a close network of 10 Secondary and 7 Primary Schools in South-West Birmingham.   Hillcrest has well established systems and structures in place to support staff at all stages of their career journey.
