After 34 years of exceptional service to the College, Aidan Bruce, Deputy Principal and Head of Student Services for 14 years, has decided to retire. Student Services has been graded outstanding at Loreto in all its Ofsted inspections and we want to maintain and develop the excellence of our provision.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our Senior Management Team as Head of Student Services with negotiated additional responsibilities which build on your strengths and experience. This highly influential role presents an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to further develop his/her career in a very forward looking and outstanding college.
You must be a practising Catholic* with current senior pastoral/faculty responsibilities who can demonstrate a track record of success and will possess the personality and management skills to lead a team of 10 Senior Tutors and command the respect of all staff and students.
Starting Date: As early as possible but no later than 13 August 2012.
