We seek to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic Assistant Principal with responsibility for Inclusion.
We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in teaching and learning, with the desire to be an outstanding teacher / leader and to support others achieve this same goal, someone who wants the very best education for the students in our care and to develop as a leader in our academy.
The successful candidate will be take on the role of Assistant Principal and have responsibility for all aspects of inclusion, including tracking and monitoring the impact of interventions, Pupil Premium and Child Protection.
We are prepared to tailor the position and salary to ensure we find the right candidate. We are happy to consider experienced SENCOs from Primary or Secondary settings or those ready to step up to this position.
Our aim is for Oriel Academy West London to be a world demonstration site for the benefits of raising student aspirations for raising student achievement.
