Assistant Site Manager

25 hours per week

Applications are invited for the position of Assistant Site Manager at Powell's C of E Primary School.

The successful candidate will be required to work under the line management of the Headteacher, Business Manager and Site Manager to assist in the security, cleaning and general maintenance of the school premises in order to provide:

• A secure and safe working environment for our school community.
• An outstanding learning environment.
• An energy efficient and eco-friendly school where recycling waste materials and resources matters.

The person appointed would be expected to work in partnership with the Business Manager and Site Manager in providing a flexible working pattern regarding the contracted termly and out of term working hours and lettings, in order to ensure that staff are deployed to best meet the needs of the school on a daily basis.

Personal qualities of reliability, trustworthiness, pride in your workmanship, a high level of health and safety awareness in the workplace and an excellent health and attendance record are essential qualities for this position.

Flexible Work pattern to be agreed with the Business Manager (25 hours p/w, term time only plus 3 weeks. Current hours 1.00pm - 6.00pm).
