  • Have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills and be confident in the use of ICT including data analysis.

We can offer:

  • Polite, articulate, friendly and well behaved pupils (HMI March 2013) who are keen to learn;
  • A young staff team where morale is high and professional dialogue a strong feature of the school.
  • An exciting opportunity to coach and mentor staff to ensure that teaching is consistently good or better across the Academy;
  • A pupil;teacher ratio of 15:1 or better;
  • The opportunity to access high quality professional development and develop your leadership skills alongside more experienced leaders;
  • The chance to change the lives of our children - and your life - forever.

If you are interested in taking up the challenge, informal visits to St Clement's are recommended. Please telephone 0121-464-4652 to arrange an appointment or to discuss the role further with the Principal, Sue Simmons. We will require a completed application form which should be submitted to Vikki Harris, the School Business Manager, on v.harris@stclemce.bham.sch.uk by the closing date. A copy of the Job Description and Person Specification with this advertisement provides you with information about the role and the qualities we are looking for.
