Cowley is a larger than average, successful 11-18 comprehensive with three specialisms - Languages, Applied Learning and Sport. Ofsted recently graded the college Good with many Outstanding features. One NQT said 'it is a privilege to be part of Cowley'(Ofsted November 2011).
In 2010 a £25 million building project was completed with a new 11-16 campus. At the same time extensive refurbishment of the historic 1929 building created a dedicated Post 16 campus for approximately 400 students.
Cowley has formed strong partnerships locally, nationally and internationally.The extra-curricular activity programme is outstanding.

This is a unique opportunity for a talented and ambitious person to be the senior leader on the 11-16 campus (1,200 students).
