The new Executive Headteacher and Governing Body of the Claycots School Partnership are looking for an outstanding educational professional to join them in an exceptional time of growth and expansion of our School Partnership of 1000+ pupils which initially will be growing to over 1500+ in the next few years.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with the Executive Headteacher in developing a new 3 form entry school (currently numbering 230 children) rising to 500+ fantastic pupils located at the prestigious Old Town Hall in Slough. The Associate Principal will be involved in the design, planning and oversight of a significant expansion in culture, building and pupil numbers.
The objectives for this post will be:
- A person to develop and shape a unique identity and form an autonomous school within the partnership.
- To drive an ambitious expectation for standards, achievement and curriculum enrichment for all children.
- Work closely with the Executive Headteacher on an ambitious project to eventually develop a wider Academy Trust.

Claycots School is an 8 form entry primary school with two campuses in the diverse and rapidly-expanding town of Slough, Berkshire. Our Town Hall site, situated on the Bath Road serves the community of Central Slough, Chalvey and Upton. Our Britwell site, situated on the North of Slough serves the communities of Britwell, Lynch Hill and Manor Park.
