Lakeside Academy is a happy and caring mixed academy located in the Telford area of Shropshire. There are approximately 450 students on roll aged 11 to 16 years.

As part of our strategy to improve learning outcomes for students, we aim to create a team of Behaviour Managers who can work alongside staff to improve student engagement and behaviour in the academy.

These are new roles and would ideally suit those with experience of dealing with young people in challenging circumstances.

The successful candidate will have a military, law enforcement or educational background.
