Transforming lives is what Meadows School is all about. Set in 17 acres, this day and residential special school supports up to 84 students aged eight to 19 years. All of them have special educational needs covering a broad range of social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.

It's a commitment you'll share as you take on this key role within our senior management team. Your goal will be to ensure that all of the school's resources (finances, people, buildings and vehicles) are used as effectively as possible to meet the needs of our students - from referral through to transition to colleges, other schools or employment. You'll also oversee marketing, publicity and Health & Safety, as well as contribute to the school development plan.

Qualified to at least DSBM Diploma level in Schools Business Management or equivalent, you will bring substantial experience of financial planning and management, gained in a complex administrative environment. Excellent leadership skills are also important, along with a strong track record of marketing and promotion. The ability to build sound working relationships - both internally and externally - at all levels is also essential.
