Lancashire Adult learning are seeking to appoint a strong and innovative leader to take forward the work of its residential college Alston Hall. The successful applicant will be required to take responsibility for all aspects of activity including; business and curriculum development, financial and learner targets.
We are seeking a talented individual with a proven track record in curriculum leadership and business development. The successful candidate will have the ability to inspire and motivate staff and continue to raise the profile of the college. You will need to demonstrate dynamic leadership and management qualities and have a proven track record in continuous improvement.
