RLSB believes that every blind young person should have the chance to live life without limits. By giving young people the essential skills to take control of their life, they can unleash their true potential.

To have responsibility for the business management of Dorton College and the Society's early years' provision. Including contributing to the strategic development of the services as part of business planning, negotiate and manage contracts with funding agencies and develop new funding streams.
