Caretaker

Part Time 27.5 hours per week including holidays, 1pm - 6.30pm Monday to Friday

A vacancy has arisen in this friendly and successful 6th form college.

We require a caretaker/cleaner to work with our site manager in maintaining the very high standards of cleanliness, maintenance and security of our buildings and site.

Duties would include:

• General cleaning duties
• Overseeing a small team of cleaners including organising rotas
• Responsibility for locking and unlocking the College in the evenings
• Carrying out a variety of DIY tasks and general repairs as required
• Liaising with contractors as required
