Chief Executive

We are looking to appoint a new chief executive to the Focus-Trust. Founded in 2012 the trust now has 8 primary schools and with the potential of 2 further schools joining this academic year. The trust is a specialist primary academy trust with a commitment of,

'Maximising achievement and making a difference - for all children'.

The trust is in a strong position with well embedded systems and has a high degree of buy-in and collaboration from the academies and leaders. The new chief executive will lead the trust in its next stage of development and work collaboratively with the school leaders to secure continued improvement across the Trust.

The trustees are looking to appoint an exceptional person who combines both passion and drive for education with the interpersonal skills to communicate openly and transparently with all stakeholders.
