An exciting opportunity to make a real difference in a brand new setting!

Due to open in September 2015, Greater Peterborough University Technical College is looking for a dynamic, visionary Chief Executive/Principal to lead the staff and students through our first years.

In this influential role, you'll be responsible for establishing and delivering our mission and inspiring our staff and students to achieve excellence in all that they do. A true leader, you'll provide direction to all and encourage innovative teaching and learning within the UTC.

With line management responsibility of the senior management team, you'll work together to develop and implement an appropriate curriculum range and ensure the UTC is a student centred organisation in all respects.

Requirements:

Qualified to degree level with a qualification in teaching, you'll have a solid background in curriculum development, line management and educational planning at a senior level. You'll also need to be enthusiastic for the UTC concept and fully supportive of our vision.

Acting as a role model for students and staff alike, you'll be inspirational, able to tackle problems head on and have the communication skills to engage with a variety of audiences and at all levels.
