The governors of this growing, thriving and popular school are looking to appoint an excellent classroom practitioner with proven leadership skills to teach in Key Stage 1 and to lead the Key Stage 1 team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with suitable skills and experience to join our dynamic leadership team at what is a very exciting phase of our school's development.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a track record of outstanding practice in securing outcomes for children in Key Stage 1
  • Have a good understanding of school improvement strategies and experience of leading teams resulting in genuine impact
  • Be able to foster in children a love of learning
  • Be well organised and have effective classroom management skills
  • Have a strong working knowledge of the Primary curriculum
  • Be confident in the use of ICT
  • Be able to build positive relationships with staff and parents
  • Work effectively in a team.
