It is an exciting time to join Brampton "The Ellis" Primary School. The Governors are seeking to appoint highly motivated, enthusiastic, full-time teachers to join our newly formed primary school. You should be dedicated to developing the potential of all our pupils and have a warm, caring attitude. We are looking for candidates who are committed to raising standards through a stimulating and creative curriculum and have the flexibility to embrace a changing environment.

Brampton Ellis Infant and Junior school came together on 2 June 2014 to form our new Primary School - we have carried forward the Infant schools' Ofsted judgement of OUTSTANDING (October 2013).

The teaching positions are initially to work in KS2.

You will:

• Have the potential to become an outstanding classroom practitioner with a real commitment to the young people in our school.
• Have an enthusiasm and experience of KS2 pedagogy with an awareness of current developments in Learning and Teaching, Curriculum and Assessment.
• Have high expectations of students and the personal qualities to contribute to the continued rise in standards and attainment across all Key Stages.
• Have a willingness to be fully involved in the life of the school as a whole.
• Work in partnership with parents and local agencies to help children learn to live as part of their community, preparing them for the opportunities, responsibilities and experiences of life.
