Job overview

We are looking for a cleaner to work 15 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (5 weeks paid holiday must be taken in school holidays) to undertake cleaning duties at the school.

Cleaning of designated areas to ensure they are kept in a hygienic condition including :

  • Vacuuming and cleaning floors
  • Dusting and polishing furniture and other surfaces
  • Cleaning walls and other paintwork, tiling and mirrors
  • Emptying and cleaning waste bins
  • Cleaning toilets, sinks and basins
  • Designated areas can be classrooms, offices, receptions areas, school halls etc.

Lanchester Community Free School is a new, two-form entry primary school which will open in September 2014. We are excited about the freedom to create a new school from scratch, and hope that you will want to join our forward-thinking team.
