Main Purpose of Post:
- To provide a front line service in line with Powys Council policies and procedures;
- Responsible for the day to day opening, closing and security of the establishment;
- To be an out of hours key holder for responding to emergency call outs and arranged opening - closing for contractors;
- Responsible for cleaning a given area to the required specification by efficient use of the labour available.
In addition the postholder may be responsible for supervising other cleaning personnel dependant on local arrangements
