Cleaner Walbottle Village Primary School

5 hours per week (4pm - 5pm, Monday - Friday). Hours during school holidays - will vary but early start.

In the first instance this will be a fixed term contract for 6 months.

Walbottle Village Primary School is looking to appoint an experienced Cleaner for 5hrs per week to start ASAP. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly motivated team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness to their designated area of school.

You will be reliable, trustworthy, hardworking and able to work effectively. You must be able to work successfully as part of a small team. Knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment and cleaning in a commercial setting is desirable. BICS certificate would be an advantage but training will be given. Holidays -23 days per annum.

We are strongly committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The successful candidate will be required to obtain a Certificate of Disclosure from the DBS.
