We are looking for a colleague to join our team of Cover Supervisors who:
- has a genuine interest in secondary education
- has an affinity with young people
- has the approach and presence to substitute for classroom teachers of 11-16 year old students
- can demonstrate some skills in supervising classes of students and in general administration when not required to cover classes
- would deliver lessons prepared by absent teachers
- has reached a suitable level of secondary education her/himself
- is keen to train and develop in the role of Cover Supervisor
- would welcomethe training and development opportunities offered by our school
- is willing to do Library supervision before school [from 7.30-8.00] & after school as required [ 4-5pm Monday-Thursday and to 4.30 on Fridays]

About St. Catherine's Catholic School
St. Catherine's Catholic School is a comprehensive stand-alone academy in Bexleyheath, within the London borough of Bexley. We are a Roman Catholic School and educate girls aged 11-16.
The school was opened in 1953 by La Sainte Union sisters as a convent school. Their aim was to further the mission of their own founder, Father Jean Debrabant. Father Jean Debrabant believed that only a Christian based education offered a sure hope "for the future of religion and society."
St. Catherine of Siena is the school’s patron saint.
