Job overview

We are looking for an outstanding leader and teacher to work with 14-19 year old students who have become disengaged from mainstream education. We aim to enable students to progress on to mainstream vocational courses. Our students are often facing multiple personal and educational difficulties and may have challenging behaviours.

You will be a dynamic and enthusiastic leader and team member, able to model excellent practice and develop colleagues to do the same.
